Kids for the Cure

Helping our Community

Alyssa Ruesing from Buffalo Ridge Elementary School in Cheyenne has been selected as the 2008 winner of the Susan G. Komen Wyoming Kids for the Cure T-shirt design contest.  Over 150 designs were sent from students from across the state. The winning design will be placed on the the Kids for the Cure® T-shirt which is given to children who participate in Wyoming’s annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®—either the fun walk or the 5K walk/race.

Alyssa will be recognized on Race day and will receive two complimentary Race applications and two invitations to the sponsor reception at the Wyoming Governor’s residence in Cheyenne.
